Hardin's Farm and Stables is home of the Guilford County Wagon Wheel 4-H Club. The club is made up of 18 members and is located in the Northwest District of North Carolina.
Most of the members of the Wagon Wheel 4-H club have their own horse and are responsible for their animal. Along with riding and exercising their horse regularly, attending to the horses health needs by giving them shots, de-worming, caring for injuries, the members also do community services. Some of the clubs community services include helping with the Special Olympics, collecting donations for Hurricane Katrina victims, donating their own hair to Locks for Love, making fruit baskets for local nursing homes, and volunteering at local food agencies. Many of the Wagon Wheel 4-H members have expanded their civil knowledge by observing court proceedings and local town council meetings as well as volunteering at local polls on election days.
